after seeing 40 hits on my listing,yet no contacts,i smelled a rat. found it.
the listing inaccurately indicated that my 2003 pathfinder was NOT a personal use vehicle.of course,this would lead potential buyers to think it had been used commercially,say,as a delivery vehicle.
this is untrue.we have owned this suv since 2003,and it has NEVER been used as a commercial vehicle.i called customer service(855-871-****).she was no help whatsoever.she kept trying to pawn me off on autocheck.i did not list through autocheck,i listed through cars.com. this was a simple fix,even for a c/s tech with limited intelligence.alas,it was to complicated for her.so,i took the suv off the listing.this was my first,and last foray with cars.com.and i can't wait to share this experience with friends and family.TEACH YOUR C/S REPS THEIR JOB!!!

It took me two days of frustration to simply download pictures..The chat bot Otto was useless.
After calling the billing department the operator put me through to customer service..
That person discontinued the call.
Called billing dept and got the Chicago phone number.
That was to customer service and I finally got the best customer service operator who was patient,knowledgeable and solved the problem.
I think her name was Laura.
Promote her and put her in charge of your client help website and you business will grow.
Website is confusing..that's why you have a pissed off customer website.

Per representative at Cars.com the app is mal functioning and has been for for while with io real fix insight. App only allows one photo and you cannot edit it.
Need to use Internet and should not pay for app.
On the app our car does not show up unless you click on the exact price. The app is worthless.Beware
